Teaching With over 15 years playing experience, and 4 years full time teaching experience, I have a diverse and broad musical background, enabling me to teach a wide variety of skills to students of all abilities. I currently teach students of a variety of ages and levels in the Surrey area. Lessons are conducted either at my home in Woking on my electric or acoustic kit, or where suitable I can travel to students. An aspect I like to reflect in my lessons, is that learning an instrument should always be fun and a positive experience, rather than a chore. My lessons are structured in a fun and creative way including reading, techniques, rudiments, improvisation, styles and grooves. Each student has unique abilities and goals, and lessons will be tailored to suit these.
